Wanda Group is one of China’s earliest adopters of sustainable building practices and has obtained more national green-building certificates than any other companies in the country, accumulatively gaining a total of 754 national green building certifications.

All Wanda Plazas have met China’s national standards for energy efficiency. Since the introduction of the Green Building Design and Operation Certificates by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2009, Wanda has received more certificates than any other companies in China.

All of Wanda’s hotels meet the star rating of China’s national energy efficiency standards.
