On November 18, the first world summit on hotel investment and the 2008 annual meeting of the WHA China Leaders Club was held in Shanghai. The meeting was sponsored by the World Hotel Association (WHA), the WHA China Leaders Club and the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention. The meeting held an award-presenting ceremony for a series of selections. Chairman Wang Jianlin of Wanda Group ranked second in the list of “World Hotels ？ China’s Top 100 in 2008”, and Wanda Group ranked first in the list of “China’s Hotel Real Estate Investors with Greatest Brand Value in 2008”.
