Wanda Group signed investment agreement with Chengdu’s Jinniu District

On February 21, Wanda Group signed the Investment Agreement on Chengdu’s Jinniu Wanda Plaza with the party committee and government of Chengdu’s Jinniu District. This is an indication that the project of Chengdu’s Jinniu Wanda Plaza entered the substantial stage.

At the signing ceremony, Xu Jizhen, secretary of Jinniu District Party Committee, and Yang Hongju, deputy secretary of Jinniu District Party Committee, all indicated that Jinniu Wanda Plaza was the district’s No. 1 project placed under the care of the district head and was another major project of Wanda Group after the Chengdu’s Jinhua Wanda Plaza. Occupying 204 mu of land, the project will have a total floor space of 1.2 million square meters. After completion, the project will become the largest urban complex in Chengdu and even in southwest China and will play important roles in elevating the facilities and levels of Chengdu’s commercial and service industries.
