Speech of Wang Jianlin at China Credible Real Estate Developers Commendation Meeting

The “China Credible Real Estate Developers 2007-2008” commendation meeting & macroeconomic conditions and real estate development trends forum were held in Beijing on the morning of March 25. The meeting was co-hosted by China Real Estate Association (CREA) and China Consumers' Association (CCA). Inspector from the Working Committee on Law of the National People's Congress, CCA Deputy Secretaries General Dong Jingsheng and Wu Gaohan, CREA chairman Song Chunhua and CREA Secretary General Zhu Zhongyi attended the meeting.

Chairman Wang Jianlin addressed the China credible real estate developers commendation meeting & the 2009 development forum.

At the meeting, Mr. Wang Jianlin, standing member of the CPPCC, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and Chairman of Dalian Wanda Group delivered a speech titled “Benefits of Integrity” on behalf of real estate developers. Chairman Wang Jianlin stated that integrity is not an ethic requirement, but also a requisite for rapid and broad-based growth of an enterprise. Integrity helps win supports from customers, government authorities and financial institutions, and thus provides better opportunity for growth, easier access to resources and availability of more market shares.
