Joyful Physical Exercise Launched for Workers

As many workers have busy work hours and inadequate physical exercise, the Wanda Planning Institute launched a new employee well-being initiative—a joyful daily workout—on March 20.

The exercise routine, developed by the institute and professional fitness instructors, aims to improve employees’ fitness by strengthening waist and neck functions.
