Honggutan Wanda Plaza receives Green Building Label

The Honggutan Wanda Plaza in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province was issued a Green Building Label by an appraisal committee comprising more than 20 experts trained by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on October 17.
The No. 1 Building in Zone A, which covers an area of 40,500 square meters, excels in land utilization and outdoor environment, energy conservation and utilization, water conservation and utilization, material conservation and utilization, as well as operations and management.
Experts gave high marks for the structure's building automation control system, standard energy platform management model and the innovative solar energy shower system.
