Wanda Plaza and Wanda Realm open in Nanjing

Wanda Group celebrated the opening of its 85th plaza - Nanjing Jiangning Wanda Plaza – in Jiangsu Province on December 21.
The plaza is the largest and most well equipped urban commercial complex in Jiangning District and the Southern New City, a newly rejuvenated part of Nanjing city.
The new development includes a shopping mall, international office buildings, a five star hotel, luxury apartments, a commercial pedestrian street and deluxe small apartment units. The plaza will offer a one stop shopping, leisure, entertainment, recreational and commercial center for all tastes. The 200,000 square meter shopping mall features 10 big brand flagship stores and over a thousand domestic and international brands, including a department store, supermarket, cinema, karaoke chain, fitness center and others.
As an added extra, Jiangning Wanda Plaza has been fitted with China's only intelligent one-button system, earning the property a green rating by the Ministry of Housing.
On the same day, Wanda Group unveiled its latest hotel property, the Nanjing Wanda Realm Hotel. With a gross floor area of 42,000 square meters and 302 stylishly appointed guest rooms, t Jiangning district's premier five star hotel, providing high class services for business travellers that are comparable with leading global destinations.
