Wanda Group launched back to back new properties in Fuqing, Fujian province and Wenzhou, Zhejiang province on November 5 and 6 respectively, bringing the company’s number of completed Wanda Plaza’s to 107.
Wanda launched its first project in Fujian province’s capital city Fuzhou back in 2010 and has since opened 10 Wanda Plaza’s in cities across the province. Fuqing Wanda plaza integrates modern retail, leisure & entertainment, residential and offices in one complex.
Wanda’s 107th Wanda Plaza was unveiled in Wenzhou city’s Pingyang on November 6 and brings together leading retail, residential and commercial offerings to the area. Foot traffic reached 300,000 people on opening day
