Wanda Group convenes first post-IPO Annual Shareholders Meeting

Shareholders meeting in commencement Wanda Commercial Properties convened its 20 14 Annual Shareholders Meeting in Beijing on May 26. Wanda Commercial Properties Chairman Ding Benxi chaired the meeting, with other senior attendees including Wanda Commercial Properties President Qi Jie and Executive Director Qu Dejun.

The meeting was also attended by dozens of domestic shareholders and H-share shareholders.

Wanda’s executive team briefed shareholders on the company’s perform ance for 2014 as well as its plans for the future.
