Wanda Commercial Properties successfully applies for the issuance of its first RMB15 billion medium term notes

Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. received a Notice of Registration Acceptance from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) on July 22 for the issuance of RMB15 billion medium term notes with a maturity of 5 years. It is the largest issuance of medium term notes on the interbank market by a private enterprise.

The notes are the first debt financing instrument in the form of public offering issued by Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. on the interbank market and the objective is to broaden the Company’s financing channels, restructure its debts, reduce financing costs, and break new ground for the Company to further broaden its direct financing channels.
