Wanda Cinemas strategically invests in Mtime

Wanda Cinema Line Corporation (“Wanda Cinemas”, 002739.SZ) and Mtime Holdings, Ltd (“Mtime”) entered into an investment agreement on August 31, 2015, with Wanda strategically taking a 20% equity interest in Mtime.

This strategic investment by Wanda Cinemas in Mtime combines Wanda Cinemas' edge in cinema terminals with Mtime highly accurate database on over 100 million film users, thereby connecting online and offline resources.

In terms of business operations and services, the two companies are highly complementary and will build an open, all-encompassing film services O2O platform for all cinemas. This can enrich the film industry, promote film culture and provide film producers and users with a comprehensive, convenient, one-stop-shop type of service.
