Wanda Statement: No intention of purchasing Odeon cinema chain

Recently it was brought to Dalian Wanda Group's attention by some media reports about Wanda’s intention of acquiring the Odeon cinema chain.
We hereby clarify that:
No individual from Wanda Group has ever been in contact with Odeon, nor has any individual or third party organization been appointed on behalf of the Wanda Group to engage in contact with Odeon regarding any matters related to the acquisition of the company. Wanda hopes there will be no more speculation about this issue.
