Wanda Group awarded "2015 Best Model Human Resources Enterprise in China"

The 2015 "Top 100 Model Human Resources Enterprise in China" selected by China's largest human resources service operator, 51job, Inc., was announced, and Wanda Group was honored with the individual "2015 Best Human Resource Strategy" Award.

The "Best Model Human Resources Enterprise in China" is the largest scale selection in the human resource management field in China. 420,000 companies were screened in the 2015 selection, of which 211 nominated companies were invited to take part in the selection. The selection gathered and analyzed in detail the selected companies as well as data relevant to human resource management, and compares the selected enterprises with their industry peers. While the selection is carried out, a face-to-face interview and a telephone interview were also conducted with the selected enterprises.

This selection is regarded by the industry as one of the most comprehensive and in-depth selection activities in the human resource management sector in the country. It represented the highest standard in human resource management among China's enterprises at this time.
