Wanda Cinema Line selected as CSI300 Index component stock

China Securities Index Co., Ltd announced on December 11 that Wanda Cinema Line Co., Ltd. (hereinafer referred to as "Wanda Cinema Line", 002739.SZ) will become of a component stock of the CSI300 Smart index from December 14, 2015.
The CSI300 Index was officially published on April 8, 2005 and is comprised of stocks listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges that are large in size with good liquidity and are most representative, so as to comprehensively reflect the overall performance of the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets.
Wanda Cinema Line Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2005, and is a subsidiary of Wanda Group. As of November 30, 2015, the company already has 213 theaters in operation with a total of 1,903 screens. By 2016, the company plans to operate 260 theaters with 2,300 screens.
