Wang Jianlin receives'You Bring Charm to the World Award'

Chairman Wang Jianlin gives a speech at the ceremony.On March 25, the "You Bring Charm to the World Award Ceremony" sponsored by the Phoenix Television, the iFeng.com and other famous Chinese media at home and abroad was held in Tsinghua University. Wang Jianlin, president of Wanda Group was granted the "You Bring Charm to the World Award".
The "You Bring Charm to the World Award" has ten years of history. It is becoming an increasingly influential award in the Chinese society. As a personal honor, it is widely recognized by all Chinese around the world. Other winners of the Award are the Nobel Prize winner Tu Youyou, the famous scholar of traditional Chinese poems Ye Jiaying, the Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Zhu Min and the well-known science fiction writer Liu Cixin.
Wang Jianlin was the first entrepreneur winning this Award. He said that it was because of China's growing strengths that Chinese nowadays can be an important leader in the international organizations and Chinese scientists can join the world of science, and it was because of the business development in China that China managed to be a powerful developing country.
According to the previous selection rules, the winners of the "You Bring Charm to the World Award" and the "You Bring Charm to the World Award, Lifetime Achievement Award" are strictly selected among all of the outstanding candidates in the following five categories: scientific research, public affairs, sports, culture and arts and the Star of Hope.
