Wanda Chicago project completes land settlement, marking the City’s 3rd tallest building

Chicago Mayor Emanuel made the announcement of project land settlement The Wanda Chicago Project successfully completed land settlement after the Chicago City Council unanimously approved its development plan. Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel congratulated the Chicago Project Company and project partner Magellan Development Group on the project site.
Mayor Emanuel made the announcement of project land settlement on site to over ten local media. When answering media questions, Mayor Emanuel once again expressed gratitude to Wanda Group for choosing Chicago as the first city for project development investment in US.
The Chicago Project, a mixture of condominiums and a Wanda Vista Hotel, is 361.5 meters high, and will be the third tallest building in Chicago upon completion.
