Wanda Hotels & Resorts recently rewarded employees for submitting valuable proposals (or “Golden Ideas”) to the company over the first quarter.
This Golden Ideas Project, which is divided into suggestions to increase earnings, strengthen cost savings and improve operations quality, has achieved remarkable success through pilot schemes over the past three months.
