IRONMAN to Acquire Cape Epic Mountain Bike Race in South Africa

IRONMAN announced on August 18 its acquisition of South Africa’s renowned Cape Epic mountain bike race, continuing efforts to expand into the world cycling events space.

Cape Epic was founded in 2004 as an eight-day mountain bike stage race and is considered the most prestigious mountain bike race in the world.
