Soft Rock Investment Group was recommended to Wanda Group by an intermediary organization. Both parties engaged in initial communication but did not enter formal negotiations regarding Wanda Commercial Properties’ restructuring, and an agreement was not reached. “Termination of Wanda Commercial Properties’ restructuring”, alleged by Soft Rock Investment Group, was complete speculation from one side and has nothing to do with Wanda Group.
