2016 Corporate culture work conference convened to promote Wanda culture through innovative thinking

On December 2-3, Wanda Group's 2016 annual corporate culture work conference was held at the Langfang Wanda Institute. More than 160 corporate culture commissioners from various systems and companies as well as relevant public opinion and new media staff attended the conference.

Unlike previous corporate culture commissioner conferences, this year's conference was positioned as a "corporate culture work conference". Its content was richer, and more targeted and structured. In addition to reviewing and summarizing the results of the corporate culture activities carried out in the past year as well as existing issues, it also forecast and laid out work concerned with corporate culture. The plan for the Group's 2017 annual corporate culture activities was also announced. Two special discussion segments, namely new media and public opinion, were also added to the corporate culture work conference this year, and excellent cases of volunteer activities of the Group for the year that were chosen were shared and displayed.

The thematic sharing on the morning of the 3rd focused on innovation in corporate culture activities, the promotion of the Wanda brand and handling public opinion, new media development layout, technology-driven marketing and other topics. On the afternoon of the 3rd, three concurrent forums with discussions centered on corporate culture commissioner activities, new media, as well as media communication and public opinion management and control were held. At the forums, participants spoke enthusiastically and there were lively discussions. Everyone gained greater knowledge of and insight into their respective work.

An award ceremony was also held at the conference banquet. The annual excellent corporate culture commissioner award, best newcomer award, special contribution award, best story award, as well as the excellent corporate culture activity award, excellent volunteer activity award, excellent corporate culture activity unit, top 10 annual new media operation and other awards were presented to commend award-winning units and individuals for their outstanding contribution toward corporate culture work over the past year.
