On June 2, IRONMAN under Wanda Group announced their acquisition of Competitor Group Holdings, Inc. (CGI), with its renowned Intellectual Property, the “Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon” Series.
After the acquisition, the portfolio of endurance sports under Wanda Sports will be expanded with a heavyweight IP to further strengthen the position of Wanda Sports as pioneer in global endurance sports.
