Kunming Wanda City Project Officially Launched

On July 4, Kunming Wanda City Project was officially launched. Mr. Cheng Lianyuan, Municipal Party Secretary of Kunming, Mr. Wang Xiliang, Mayor of Kunming and Chairman Wang Jianlin attended the launch ceremony.
Kunming Wanda City, scheduled to open in 2019, is the 16th large scale cultural tourism project of Wanda and also the second largest cultural tourism project that Wanda invested in Yunnan followed by Wanda Xishuangbana International Resort.
Kunming Wanda City locates in main city area of Caohai district in Kunming, adjacent to Dian Lake. The project covers a vast area of 223 hectares, with a total investment of RMB 32 billion.
It is the first large tourism project complex that combines themed entertainment, tourism leisure, riverside commercial street, hotel and resort cluster and ferry pier all in one place.
