Selection of Flag Bearers at 2018 FIFA World Cup in Qingdao Kicks Off

On January 28th, the preliminary contest for the Selection of Flag Bearers at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Qingdao was kicked off in Qingdao Movie Metropolis.
This occasion was jointly sponsored by FIFA and Wanda Group, and Qingdao Wanda Theme Park is one of the six venues for the preliminary contests across China. Qu Bo, the former main striker of China’s national football team, attended the launch ceremony as a special guest and grouped the contestants.
On the day, a total of 108 teenagers competed fiercely for 6 places in the final round through a diverse set of activities that included a keynote speech, physical fitness test and World Cup knowledge quiz.
