Wang Jianlin won China Guangcai Program Contribution Awards

China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program announced the 35 winners of “China Guangcai Program Contribution Awards” and 10 winners of “Guangcai Program Organization Awards”. Mr. Wang Jianlin, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and Chairman of Dalian Wanda Group, and over 30 other entrepreneurs across the country won the “China Guangcai Program Contribution Awards”, the first since inception of the China Guangcai Program.

China Society for Promotion of the Guangcai Program (CSPGP) presented awards to entrepreneurs and entities making outstanding contributions to the Guangcai Program in the past 15 years at the fourth meeting of the third board of directors of CSPGP held on April 20. Winners of these awards were recommended by the United Front Work Departments, federations of industry & commerce and Guangcai Program committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government pursuant to requirements of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, preliminarily reviewed at the executive meeting of CSPGP secretary-general, reported to CSPGP chairman and vice chairmen for comments, published on China Business Times and other media before final confirmation.

On the morning of April 20, Mr. Wang Jianlin, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and Chairman of Dalian Wanda Group and 30 other entrepreneurs across the country won the “China Guangcai Program Contribution Awards”. Mr. Du Qinglin, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC and head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, presented the award to Wang Jianlin.

When given the award, Wang Jianlin presented an off-the-cuff poem:
