Legal Evening News: Wanda Real Estate – The Highest Homeowner Satisfaction
China Association for Quality and the National Users Committee released the results of 2008 national homeowner satisfaction survey. The survey results show Wanda Real Estate was given a score of 80.7 by homeowners across the country, representing the highest satisfaction above the national average level 66.2 points, far ahead other property developers in China.
China Association for Quality (CAQ) is a national quality organization led by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and directed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. CAQ conducts national homeowner satisfaction survey annually and presents a creditable report in relation to assessment on overall quality of residential properties. The survey report discloses the homeowner satisfaction scores for residential properties and relevant services supplied by developers, including quality of functions, quality of works, internal environment, surrounding environment, and property management service. In the 50 surveyed property developers, Wanda took the first place by a score of 80.7, followed by Vanke and Zhixin.
This survey was made mainly by door-to-door interview, partly by passenger interview within the residential community. The sample size was 7,500 and surveyed residential communities have a total floor area of 32,730,000 m2, ranging from ordinary commodity houses, affordable houses to high-end commodity houses, departments and villa. These samples were representative and truly reflected the homeowner satisfaction and property quality across the country.
