Mr. Wang Jianlin, standing member of the CPPCC, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and Chairman of Dalian Wanda Group, attended the 2009 Nanjing Major Projects Investment Consultation and Talks & Chinese Private Enterprise Summit on May 21, and delivered a speech titled “The Ultimate Way Out for Private Businesses: Modern Service Industry”.

Chairman Wang Jianlin addressed the summit

Chairman Wang Jianlin pointed out that China has its biggest weakness in the service industry, and thus private businesses can gain the largest potential advantages by seeking growth in the service industry.

Wang Jianlin said that private businesses generally had a smaller capital base and that Chinese private businesses had built up a certain scale in the modern service industry. Private enterprises are able to create world-class service brands by making full transformation to the service industry and fostering more brands in line with the State’s development strategies.
