Wanda Plaza won the “Oscar” of World Real Estate

The 60th FIABCI World Congress hosted by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and the China Real Estate Association (CREA), widely acknowledged as the “Oscar” night for global real estate, was held in Beijing recently. 26 projects in 13 categories from across the world were given the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence. Shanghai Wujiaochang Wanda Plaza developed and operated by Dalian Wanda Group is the only Chinese commercial property project that won the award.

The top honor of the world real estate community won by Shanghai Wujiaochang Wanda Plaza represents recognition of Wanda Plaza’s leadership in China and also its first-class performance worldwide.
