Land delisting for the Erqi Wanda Plaza project in Zhengzhou
06.12.2010By the Delisting of land for the Erqi Wanda Plaza project in Zhengzhou was successfully conducted at 9 o’clock in the morning on 2 December 2012. It officially marked Dalian Wanda’s construction of its second Wanda Plaza in Zhengzhou municipality in Henan Province as well as the blooming of yet another commercial complex project in China.
Construction will begin in January 2011 and the commercial plaza is slated to open for business in September 2012. The project is also set to profoundly improve the business landscape of the southern district of Zhengzhou.
