Chairman Wang Jianlin meets with President of the International Ice Hockey Federation

Wang Jianlin, Chairman of Wanda Group visited the headquarters of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) in Zurich, Switzerland and met with IIHF President and International Olympic Committee member René Fasel, on May 28th, 2015.
Wang Jianlin expressed his hope that through mutual cooperation, China could produce more top-level ice hockey players as well as play a more important role on the world-stage. Mr. Fasel praised China’s resources in winter sports arena and showed his appreciation for the effort it has shown in its bid to host the Winter Olympic Games. Lastly, Mr. Fasel said he would be pleased to support China in its bid to host Winter Olympic Games.
