Wanda Commercial to delist shares from HK Stock Exchange to go private

On March 30, 2016, Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) made an announcement at Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Dalian Wanda Group Co., Ltd., the Company’s controlling shareholder, has informed the Company that it is in the preliminary phase of considering a voluntary general offer for the H Shares which, if proceeded with, could result in the privatization and delisting of the Company from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
If the voluntary general offer is proceeded with and a formal offer is made, the offer price per H Share will not be lower than HK$48 in cash.
