Wanda Group Inks Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China FAW Group

On August 20th, Wanda Group Chairman Mr. Wang Jianlin led a delegation to visit China FAW Group (FAW). Wanda and FAW held discussions and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. By joining hands, the two companies aim to create an ecosystem for auto services and together build a better life for the communities they serve.
Participants of the discussions and signing ceremony included Mr. Wang Jianlin, Chairman of Wanda Group, Mr. Xu Liuping, Chairman and Party Secretary of FAW, Qiu Xiandong, Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of FAW, and Yue Yue’an, Chairman of Taiyue Group.
The agreement between Wanda Group and FAW focuses on in-depth cooperation in areas such as building an auto service ecosystem. The two sides will create new models of brand marketing, sales channel expansion and crossover cooperation by sharing resources and drawing on each other’s strengths.
