Wanda Group signed Hilton for managing China’s top-rate hotels

On January 16, Wanda Group in Dalian and Hilton Group in the United States formally signed a hotel management agreement in the city of Dalian. The five super five-star and six-star hotels recently invested and built in China by Wanda Group will be managed with Hilton’s top-rate brand name. The five hotels are respectively the six-star Conrad Hotel in Dalian, the super five-star Wanda Hilton Hotel in Dalian, the six-star Conrad Hotel in Sanya Haitangwan, the super five-star Wanda Hilton Doubletree Hotel in Sanya Haitangwan, and the super five-star Wanda Hilton Hotel in Nanjing. With the two six-star Conrad Hotels in Dalian and in Sanya Haitangwan, Wanda becomes the largest Conrad-brand owner in the world and represents the current highest level of China’s hotel industry. So far, Wanda Group has signed hotel management agreements for over 10 hotels with several world-famous hotel management companies including Accor, Starwood and Hilton. It is an indication that Wanda has entered the fast track of five-star hotel construction.

The Conrad Hotel and the Wanda Hilton Hotel in Dalian are located in the Wanda Center in the city’s central business district. Sharing the same skyscraper, the two hotels have a total floor space of 92,000 square meters. Conrad has nearly 210 rooms and Hilton has 380, all of which have a sea view.

The Conrad Hotel and the Wanda Hilton DoubleTree Hotel are both located in the Haitang Bay in the city of Sanya, occupying 185,000 square meters of land and being only 100 meters from the sea beach. While the all-villa Conrad has 101 deluxe villas, the Hilton DoubleTree has 450 suites and rooms. All the villas and hotel rooms have the best possible sea view.

The Wanda Hilton Hotel in Nanjing is located in Nanjing’s Jianye District and close to the Olympic Business District. With a total floor space of about 50,000 square meters, the hotel has about 360 rooms.
