Wanda Commercial Properties and CITIC Pacific Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties and CITIC Pacific (China) Investment Co. signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement today in Beijing on June 28, 2017. Wanda Group Chairman Wang Jianlin and CITIC Pacific Chairman Zhang Jijing attended the signing ceremony.
Wanda Commercial Properties, the world’s biggest commercial real estate company, and CITIC Pacific (China), a leading property investment and management company, will cooperate in areas such as real estate investment and operations. CITIC Pacific (China) will entrust the operations and management of its commercial projects to Wanda Commercial Properties and use the brand of Wanda Plaza, China’s No. 1 commercial properties brand.
Wanda and CITIC Pacific is kicking off their cooperation with the Shanghai Jiading CITIC Pacific Wanda Plaza (上海嘉定中信泰富万达广场), located in a premium area in Shanghai’s Jiading District. The project, with an area of 150,000 square meters, will be opening on October 1, 2018.
